Neal Harwell of Pocahontas has been promoted to the position of Mental Health Counselor and Crisis Intervention Specialist.
Neal earned a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Master in Clinical Mental Health from Henderson State University. He has worked for BRTC for 8 years, previously serving as the BRTC Dean of Students.
