Knife Skills & Culinary Techniques Class-Paragould

Enhance your confidence in a fully equipped commercial kitchen with this hands-on class designed to teach essential knife skills. Under the guidance of our chef instructor, you will learn:
- Proper knife handling and sharpening techniques
- Classic French cutting methods
- How to properly portion a whole chicken step-by-step
- Student must bring their own 8-inch Chef Knife
During class, you’ll also prepare fresh pico de gallo to enjoy as you practice your skills. The evening concludes with a chef demonstration using your prepared chicken to create flavorful chicken fajitas for the class to share together.
This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational culinary techniques in a fun and interactive setting while enjoying a delicious meal.
