Do you wish you could paint as effortlessly as Bob Ross did, but don鈥檛 know where to begin?听 Take this opportunity to spend a relaxing and enjoyable day learning Bob Ross painting techniques. 听Join us for Joy of Painting, taught by certified Bob Ross painting instructor, Brenda Lawrence.听 Participants will learn the wet-on-wet style of oil painting made popular by the late, celebrity painter, Bob Ross, and create a frigid landscape, including snow-capped mountains, frosty trees, and a wintery sky on a 16 x 20鈥� canvas.听 All supplies will be furnished. 听This course will be held on Saturday, March 19, from 10:00 a.m. 鈥� 4:00 p.m.听 Register at the Continuing Education Building, located on the BRTC Pocahontas Campus, College Drive, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.听 Deadline to register is Wednesday, March 16.
