POCAHONTAS, AR, Sept. 2. Black River Technical College is mourning the loss of Will Fraley, welding student and son of History Instructor, Dianna Fraley.听
Martin Eggensperger, President, declared, 鈥�As a mark of respect for the memory of Black River Technical College student, Will Fraley, of Couch, Missouri, I hereby direct, by the authority vested in me by the Board of Trustees, that the collegiate flags shall be flown at half-staff at all Black River Technical Buildings and grounds through September 4, 2020.鈥�
On Monday, August 31, the president鈥檚 cabinet agreed that the collegiate flags will be flown at half-staff to honor any current student鈥檚, faculty member鈥檚, staff member鈥檚, or board member鈥檚 passing.
