The Board of Trustees of the Black River Technical College consists of seven members appointed by the Governor for terms of seven years.
As the governing body of the College, the Board of Trustees exercises jurisdiction in all matters except those for which it has delegated authority to the President of the College, other officers, or agencies of the College.
